Welcome! Here, you’ll find a collection of independent audio essays: small explorations of memory, identity, and the questions that follow us through life.
These episodes aren’t arranged in a line.
They circle, fold, and return—
like the way we come to understand ourselves.
Choose what draws you—by mood, curiosity, or feeling.
What ties them is the act of wondering.
Each conversation—between me, the world, and you—
holds questions still unfolding,
thoughts lingering between knowing and not.
There’s beauty in standing incomplete,
in the raw edges and unfolding parts.
For me, this is a practice of faith:
believing unfinished thoughts can be meaningful,
and that sharing them can build self-trust.
At its core, Reintegrate Ourselves is a space—
carved out by time shared
between me, the storyteller, and you, the listener.
Here, maybe our curiosity grows,
and maybe, together, we become a little more courageous.
If you want to trace the beginning, start with Episode 0: Where It Begins.
Otherwise, wander freely—
and follow what calls to you.
New episodes will appear organically.
Healing isn’t linear,
and neither is this podcast.
I’ll create as often and as deeply as I can—
honoring the slow, steady work of remembering.
Episode 0 Where It Begins
In this first episode, I share the origin of this project—the yearning for a friendly witness, the ache for love not received, and the hope for healing through presence, memory, and self-remembrance.
Reintegration is a radical, defiant love—
the kind that says: I remember you
even when the world told me to forget.
